Joe Egan

Joseph graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Podiatry. He is a registered member of the MChSI and is approved by the HSE, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in patient care.

Following his graduation, Joseph gained valuable experience working in musculoskeletal podiatry clinics across Ireland. His clinical background includes extensive training in both general podiatry and biomechanics, developed through a combination of academic study and hands-on placements in leading hospitals throughout Galway, Dublin, and Wicklow.

As part of his ongoing professional development, Joseph has completed additional training in dry needling/acupuncture and taping techniques. This further enhances his ability to treat a wide range of lower limb conditions, particularly those related to pain, injury, and movement dysfunction. Recently updated and attended a training in Scotland for Faulkner’s Needling for Verruca.

Outside of the clinic, Joseph is a runner, giving him a personal appreciation of the importance of mobility, performance, and injury prevention and a few casual games of Golf. This perspective informs his approach to patient care, helping individuals of all activity levels achieve and maintain their best possible foot health.
